Derek carried out major building works to our home. He knocked through from our kitchen into our dining room and created a huge living space. Steels were installed in order for this to happen and basically the back of our house was removed to install a set of very large bi-folding doors. He totally transformed a property with lots of smaller rooms into a beautiful open plan living space and comfortable family home. Derek knocked out old walls, built partition walls, installed new doorways, new radiators, fitted a new kitchen, fitted a new bathroom, plastered several areas around the house, clad our garage just to name a few of the projects he has undertaken for us. All Derek's work is of the best quality and highest standard...we have recommended him to all of our friends, such is the quality of his workmanship.

November 2018 Derek undertook a huge renovation project on my house. I have just moved in and I couldn't be happier in my totally transformed environment ! He created 2 huge openings, creating a luminous space linking the kitchen, the lounge and the conservatory. He had to move all the radiators to do so, and add new ones. He had to fit 2 steel beams and a steel post to make it possible. He plastered everything to the highest standard. Once on site, I could always contact him, get feed-back on progression of the work and explanations. Derek works with the highest standards, he doesn't like it "just done" ...he likes it as perfect as he can get it. If you want some work done and keep sleeping at night ....
